By the way, our fur is crawling with moths, insects and… algae. YUMMY! It’s also great camouflage. Or can you spot my friends here in the forest?
Unfortunately, sloths are also highly endangered – by deforestation, wildlife tourism and wildlife trade, as well as droughts caused by climate change. Fortunately, there are numerous projects aimed at protecting them. You can find out more here, for example, and take action to help sloths.
